The New Website - Tips for Subscribers and Users

Dear Subscribers and Users of hospitality Inside!

You are on a brand-new website - with a lot more information and services than before, but, of course, with the usual high quality in terms of content.

The new features: The hospitalityInside.com magazine will remain the centrepiece of this website, and its up-to-date information and background reports are reserved or subscribers. All other sites can be accessed free of charge without registration.

The "Solutions" site comes with a new look. Here, suppliers and service providers introduce their companies, specific subjects and new developments. The "Network" site is a new feature. Here, we will be presenting reports on events that we support as media partners or organise ourselves. Subscribers will also find databases with personal and company profiles as well as event calendars.

Naturally, there is still some streamling in progress, as the relaunch involves complete reprogramming. We had a long wishlist for the programmers. Accordingly, functions will be unblocked or optimised step by step over the next few weeks. They are meant to help you find useful information faster and more easily. The Shop behind the scenes has also taken concrete shape.

What you HAVE TO DO BEFORE LOGGING IN FOR THE FIRST TIME AFTER THE RELAUNCH:

First, an important change: Your password and user name have changed. You are registered with the eMail address you chose for your hospitalityInside account. This eMail address will be your user name in the future. In order to get your new password, please click on "Forgot password" in the login area on the left. Please enter the eMail address you are registered with in the input field and send the request to us.

As soon as your eMail address is recognised, a message will appear on your screen informing you that an eMail has been sent to you. Please check your postbox afterwards.

Please treat your password with confidentiality and do not disclose it to third parties. Parallel use of your access data will terminate your online session. Due to security reasons, a new password will be given to you in such events.

What you CAN DO AFTER LOGGING IN today:

After you have logged yourself in, you will find your registration data and a personal area including helpful information under "My hospitalityInside" on the navigation bar. Here, you can change your password or eMail settings.
